I dont often do competitions in magazines so when I passed on Sporting Shooter to my friend Paul Twissel (also a club member) he entered a competion I had left blank. The prize was a day at the Holland & Holland shooting ground with some sporting shooting a nice lunch and as the event was sponsored by Balvenie whisky a free bottle of a limited edition malt. The prize was for one shooter and one non shooter. Paul has won the prize, one of ten people to win and his wife has said she will go with him to both watch and enjoy the hospitality. In future I will be entering all competions in magazines before I pass them on. Am I jealous of Paul... of course I am.
